ACF of Greater Baton Rouge
The Greater Baton Rouge Chapter is a member of the national American Culinary Federation. We are a non-profit organization with more than 30 members. The Greater Baton Rouge Chapter was founded in 1974. The American Culinary Federation (ACF), established in 1929, is the largest professional chefs' organization in North America. Our mission is to make a positive difference for culinarians through education, apprenticeship and certification, while creating a fraternal bond of respect and integrity among culinarians everywhere.
